The Bodyweight Training System is an 8 week workout routine that consists of high quality and challenging bodyweight workouts. This ebook includes a full 6 days per week training routine with fitness tests before and after to help quantifiably measure the progress you make! There is absolutely not equipment needed! All 60 days of training include exclusively bodyweight exercises. You'll have a wide variety of workouts using combinations of the 63 different exercises included in the program. This training routine is designed to help you burn fat, increase your strength and speed, and improve your endurance. You can expect plenty of jumps, sprints, and sweat! I wanted to put together a program that would be inclusive to beginners, challenging for fitness fanatics, and thoughtfully structured for each workout to compliment the last and prepare you for the next.
