I am very excited to finally release my "Couch to Fitness" program. This ebook is a beginners guide to exercise. The idea behind this program was, I wanted to create a workout routine that doesn't make you feel like you need to get in shape before getting started. Unlike my "Bodyweight Training System" program, which was created for fitness junkies and strength athletes, "Couch to Fitness" is meant for anyone who has struggled to find the courage to get in shape, who has fallen off the wagon and felt like it's too late to hop back on, or who wants to make a change but doesn't know where to begin.
